Any orders over £50 in the UK qualify for FREE delivery!
Your parcel will be delivered to you by a Royal Mail recorded service only.
The standard mailing rate is £1.95.
Tracked 48 costs £3.50.
The cost of Special Delivery is £7.

Delivery Time

The United Kingdom 2-7 days
International shipping takes 10-21 days.
Just a reminder that if we are making an item of jewellery just for you, the delivery time may be a little longer. Also, if you require your work sooner or by a specific date, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you. Please contact us if you would like to place a special order for a piece of jewellery that is not available on the site or if you would want something custom produced.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied and would like a refund or exchange, please tell me within 28 days of receiving your product. We are delighted to swap or refund your item as long as it has not been worn or shows indications of damage. If your item of jewellery was commissioned or personalised just for you, it cannot be refunded or exchanged. (If applicable) Refunds We will send you an email after your item has been returned to advise you that we have received it. The refund will then be processed, and a credit will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original mode of payment within a specified time frame.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping fees. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. We assume no responsibility for return postage fees or things that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. These are the customer’s responsibilities. We recommend that you secure proof of shipping.
